Coreflow Pilates is a dynamic, mat-based or reformer-based workout that combines classic Pilates exercises with continuous, fluid movements to tone the deep abdominals, back, and glutes. It emphasizes core stability, postural alignment, and breath control to enhance strength and flexibility.

COREFLOW PILATES

Deep Stretch melts into the nervous system and feel into sensation as we walk you through your MFR. Myofascial release (MFR) is a therapeutic technique that treats chronic pain, improves flexibility, and reduces muscle tension by releasing restrictions in the fascia. It enhances blood circulation, accelerates injury recovery, improves posture, and aids in stress reduction. MFR is effective for treating fibromyalgia, TMJ, back pain, and headaches.

DEEP STRETCH

Beginner heels dance class offers a safe, empowering space to learn foundational techniques—proper posture, walking, and confidence—while dancing in heels. Classes typically include a warm-up, slow-paced choreography combining jazz/commercial styles, and focus on building strength, stability, and personal expression in a non-judgmental atmosphere

HEELS

Beginner hip hop introduces students to the foundational movements, rhythms, and techniques of street dance in a high-energy, supportive environment. These classes focus on developing coordination, confidence, and personal style, usually without requiring prior dance experience. Each session is designed to help you grow through music, movement, and artistic exploration. Whether you're stepping onto the floor to learn your first basic dance steps, experiment with fun movements, or develop stylized movements and powerful movement, our classes are packed with excitement and energy.

HIPHOP

Yoga Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity hybrid workout blending ballet-inspired, Pilates, and yoga movements to tone, strengthen, and improve flexibility. Utilizing a ballet barre for balance, these classes focus on small-range, isometric movements and high repetitions to fatigue muscles, often targeting the core, legs, and glutes.

BARRE

Hot Flow is a dynamic, high-intensity flow conducted in a heated room. It combines the continuous, breath-led movement of Vinyasa with the intensity of heat to promote deep stretching, detoxification, and cardiovascular endurance. Challenge yourself, and break through in your flow.

HOT FLOW

Mat Pilates is a foundational exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core, enhancing flexibility, improving posture, and increasing body awareness through controlled movements performed on a mat. Unlike equipment-based Pilates, it primarily uses your own body weight for resistance, making it accessible and effective for all fitness levels. Options for props such as blocks, balls, weights, and bands.

MAT PILATES

Sculp & Lift Fusion fitness sessions designed to tone muscles, increase strength, and improve body definition by combining light-to-moderate weights, bodyweight exercises, and sometimes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Yoga. These classes are often fast-paced, aiming to burn calories while targeting specific areas like the glutes, core, and arms.

SCULPT & LIFT

Slow-burn Pilates is a specialized, high-intensity, low-impact workout that focuses on slower, more controlled movements to maximize muscle engagement, deep burn, and alignment. It emphasizes precision over speed, often incorporating isometric holds, pulses, and deep breathing to build strength and endurance without putting stress on the joints.

SLOW BURN PILATES

Yin & Yang class combines the energetic Yang yoga following with the practice of calming Yin yoga poses. The class starts with a dynamic Yang practice to build heat and strength, includes sun salutations, following by more relaxing stretch poses to release tension on the body.

YIN & YANG

Zumba is a high-energy, feel-good workout that blends international music and easy to follow dance moves. Using a wide range of rhythms like salsa, reggaetón, bachata, merengue, cumbia, K-pop, and more to keep every class exciting and fresh. Every body is beautiful and precious, just as it is.
