@elainwang.10
200-hour certified yoga instructor who discovered a passion for yoga at the age of 20. In 2021, I began leading mindfulness programs in elementary schools, combining movement and mental well-being to support young minds. I currently teach in the Burbank area and was introduced to barre over a year ago by my friend and professional dancer, Damara Titmus. As someone who also practices ballet on my free time, I instantly fell in love with the way barre blends strength, grace, and mindfulness. Now certified in yoga barre, I’m excited to guide others through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful presence—merging my love for both yoga and ballet.
Danielle was raised in Arcadia, CA. She worked in law until her mental health was something she could ignore no longer five hears ago. She found herself in a healing and wellness space where she could learn to ground herself and channel herself through a mind body connection. Finding that when the mind and body reach a point of equilibrium, a blissful state of calm is achieved. She quickly realized that if this was beneficial to her, then it would benefit others as well. She wanted to pay it forward from a place of personal understanding and compassion.
Danielle teaches Yin Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Cadillac Pilates, Ladder Barrel Pilates, Chair Pilates, and Pilates on the Spine Corrector Apparatus.

@BlessssedBri
Bri began practicing yoga in 2011 to release tension in both mind and body. What started as a personal practice, quickly turned into sharing yoga with community. Since November 2022, Bri earned over 250 hours of certification in yoga and sculpt. Her classes feel strong, fun, and grounding. Bri likes to focus on muscle activation and joint stacking to help students cultivate a mind-body connection. Expect to stretch, strengthen, and breathe deeply.
Joe Joe Kelly
YOGA
@mojo_joejoe3
Joe-Joe first discovered yoga as a young dancer and fell in love with the rigorous discipline of the Vinyasa style. It wasn't until an autoimmune flare-up forced him to slow down that he embraced a gentler, more exploratory approach to yoga. Joe-Joe completed his 200-hour teacher training at Be the Change Yoga in Orange County and continues to deepen his studies with Michelle Bouvier at the Kutilaa School of Embodied Resilience. Influenced by dance and other somatic practices, Joe-Joe seeks to share a style of yoga that allows students to tap into their own intuitive body mind wisdom.

PILATES - BARRE
With a background in Jiu Jitsu and wrestling, I came to yoga as a way to recover, restore, and rebalance my body—and I quickly discovered it offered so much more. Yoga became the perfect compliment to my past high-intensity training, helping me build strength, mobility, and mental clarity. While I still love a good sweat and challenge, I now also appreciate the power of slowing down and tuning in. I’m excited to share the practice that’s helped me so much and look forward to meeting you on the mat!
Soyeong Kim
ZUMBA
@SoyeongZumba
Korean Zumba instructor who started dancing Zumba in 2017 and began teaching in 2020. I believe Zumba is not just about exercise—it’s about joy, connection, and feeling alive through music and movement. I love hiking, camping, and spending time in nature, which gives me fresh, positive energy that I bring into every class. I use a variety of music, from Latin to K-pop, and my goal is not perfection, but to help others find wellness and happiness through dance.
A yoga instructor who is deeply passionate about creating a space where students feel supported, inspired, and truly at home in their bodies. I believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a chance to reconnect, reset, and build a deeper relationship with yourself both on and off the mat.
I am certified in Sculpt and Yin Yoga, and I love offering both ends of that spectrum. My Sculpt classes are high-energy, music-driven, and designed to help you feel strong, empowered, and uplifted. I bring an upbeat, encouraging energy to every class, creating an environment where you can challenge yourself, let loose, and have fun while you move.
In contrast, my Yin classes are slow, grounding, and intentional. I focus on creating a calming, supportive atmosphere where students can soften, release tension, and turn inward. Breath, stillness, and mindfulness are at the center of these sessions, allowing space for both physical and mental reset.
No matter the class style, my goal is always the same: to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where students feel safe to show up exactly as they are. I want every person to leave class feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected—to themselves and to the present moment.
Pilates and dance instructor combining formal movement training, anatomical knowledge, and a passion for rehabilitative or athletic performance. She often transition from professional dance and acting careers, using Pilates to overcome injuries, improve flexibility, and stabilize hypermobile joints, ultimately seeking to share this body awareness with others

YOGA
@TommyCruz007
Yoga has been a transformative journey for me, I received my 60 hour yin training in January 2024 and immediately after went into my 200 hour certification in Hot Power Fusion. My 200 hour training included both vinyasa and the 26&2 style of yoga. My teaching weaves together breathwork, intentional movement, and moments of stillness to help you reconnect with yourself. As a non binary teacher I strive to hold space for anyone who comes into my yoga class, a place where you can slow down, release the outside worlds pressures, and find stillness in the mind, presence in the body, and a full rest on the mat in this all too fast moving world. It would be my privilege to help you on your journey and practice of yoga
